There is no crippled cheap version. A smaller tier is a smaller site, not a smaller product: the dashboard, the reports and the exports are the same on every tier.

Pro answers a more demanding need
Pro is an add-on of 29 € a month on top of any tier. It is for when Metrimato is no longer just a view you open: reports go out on their own, the figures are fetched over an API, events arrive from your own server, and there is more than one person on the account.

Alerts, funnels, user paths, segments and imports are in the base product and stay there. If Pro is removed later, the settings are kept: scheduled sending stops, keys stop working, and nothing is deleted.

Pro is an add-on of 29 € a month on top of any tier. It opens the read API, server-side events, scheduled reports, larger teams, the audit log and longer retention, and leaves the event quota untouched.

Capacity, support and contract terms are agreed separately at that size. Tell us roughly how much traffic you have and we will put a number on it.
Frequently asked
- What counts as an event?
- A pageview and a custom event you send yourself. Engagement signals, which carry reading time and scroll depth, do not create a new event, and AI crawler hits do not consume the quota at all.
- What happens if I go over?
- Tracking keeps running to the end of the billing period and no data is lost. You get a message at 80% and again at 100%, and the first month over costs nothing extra. If the quota is exceeded in two months out of three, we ask you to pick a higher tier for the next period.
- How does the trial work?
- 14 days, no credit card, everything included, Pro as well. When it ends, tracking stops and the collected data waits in read-only mode for 30 days. Nothing is billed unless you pick a tier yourself.
- How long is data kept?
- Up to 24 months, and 36 with Pro. You can always choose a shorter period in the account settings; anything older is deleted automatically every night.
- Are the prices excluding VAT?
- Yes. The prices are monthly prices excluding VAT. VAT is added according to the customer's country and VAT number.
- Can I change the tier or stop?
- Yes, whenever you like, in the account settings. Adding or removing Pro is a separate switch and does not touch the event quota.
- Is anything missing from the cheapest tier?
- No analytics feature is. Funnels, user paths, segments, goals, alerts and imports are in every tier. The tier only says how many events fit in.
